“A survey of the current studies of the co-carcinogenicity of ELF–EMF exposure in combination with ionizing radiation showed that most of these studies have not found any synergistic or additive effect of ELF–EMF exposure on IR-induced genotoxicity, cytotoxicity, or mutagenesis on various normal healthy cells. … Contrary to the studies on normal healthy cells, almost all of the reviewed experiments on cancer cells have demonstrated cooperative effects between ELF-MF and IR exposures.”
